During a recent interview with the television network, Happy, he stressed that for a change in the form of talks, meaning the inclusion of new factors, negotiations would have to be held.
Vuciq has stressed that domestic dialogue in Serbia for Kosovo should be developed and that citizens “will not wake up” with the knowledge that Vuciq has accepted Kosovo's independence, while Serbia has won nothing
