Tourist operators say that despite the fact that one September should officially close the season, there are numerous bookings from foreign vacationers at least by the end of this month.
The chairman of the Association of Hotel tourism for the Durres branch, Edward Gepa, says vacationers from Western and Eastern Europe follow the bookings at the Durres coast hotels.
In an analysis of the tourist season, Gepa says that, along with problems, operators feel satisfied as it is considered a successful season for the fact that Albania has been visited massively by vacationers from different parts of the world.
The objective of the tour operators is for Albania not only to offer seasonal tourism during summer months, but throughout the period of the year; in summer, using the coast; and in winter mountain tourism. /Antics news/
