Thaci must resign after signing the Demarketation Agreement

The country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, is in a difficult situation as regards resolving the issue of border demarcation between Kosovo and Montenegro. Analyst Ramush Tahiri said that Haradinaj is in a very difficult situation because if I send this agreement to the Parliament will [...]
But according to him, if any changes occur in the Demarket Agreement, then the poor situation will be the country's president, Hashim Thaci, as he is the signatory of the current agreement, and according to him, he must answer and resign for the action made.
Asked whether the Agreement on Demarket could be renegotiated, he said: “I don't think there will be renegotiates on border issues, because things have been completed and there have been no remarks from either side regarding the State Commission that have worked intensively since 2011 and have completed jobs on the ground. Measures are not technically made for a demarcation, but become a sign of the existing, administrative line that existed in the former Yugoslavia between the province of Kosovo and the Republic of Montenegro”.
Tahiri also said the opposition has raised the issue of demarcation to achieve its goals.
Meanwhile, the connoisseur of this field, Vigan Qorroll, in a pronomation for Telegrafi, has said that the solution to the demarcation case is only in arbitration.
He said this could cost Kosovo years of waiting for visa liberalisation, and on the other hand it could also harm neighbourly relations.
Kosovo and Montenegro must link arbitration agreements, which should be consistent between the countries, and that, according to him, can only happen if approved by the countries' parliaments.
This can't happen at this stage until Kosovo rejects the current” agreement, Qrolli has said.
Otherwise, the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro was signed in August 2015 in Vienna.
At the time, partner parties in Government were the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo. /Telegraphy/
