Z Chairman THEY, Kocho Headhead, revealed today some of the tense SMSs he had filed with Prime Minister Edi Rama, more than a year earlier.

Responding to a commentator on his Facebook account, who accused him of now feeling sympathy for Shkoza, but who was proud of the government's collapses in the south of the country, the headhead discovered the messages he exchanged on May 5, 2016, after seeing with his own eyes the disasters he had made INUK'S INUCH in Dhermi and faced angry, brainmatized coastal residents.

The headhead writes to Rama about how traumatic people are in The Dream, how they say about INUK that “Came ISIS” and how no supporters of The SP in Dryness does not want to be identified as socialist, even feeling ashamed. But Rama answers that the broken constructions were samples and the government would stop.

The headhead answers that the government preferred arbitrariity and strength instead of reason and wisdom, but again Rama retorted that he had seen the maps and buildings that would be destroyed himself and that, according to him, they were flagrant cases.

In the end, the Headhead writes to the prime minister about how he is doing, the government is producing without cause enemies and injuries and suffering for people, because it has replaced living, wise, and true communication with force, with rudimentaries and INUK inspectors, and with television speeches.

In his response to the commentator who accuses him as a party with Rama's government, the Headhead reminds him that during his three years as an MP in his area, he saved many of the buildings that would be destroyed by INUK's venaries.

The headhead points out that even Z THE struggle you run is against barbarous deterioration, both in Shkoza and elsewhere, and it requires legalisation of every building, depletion with market prices, support with the rent of the house for two years until the resident buys the new house and damages for the missing money until the owner takes over the ruined business, making the country responsible for urban chaos!

Once more for home decays

One of the following on my Facebook account, (Nino), writes: Mr. Coco you really care about, huh? When you were part of the government, you were proud of the destruction in the south! You got something to say about this?

Nino (Ninos Tsekitsi fb)

Dear Nino!

Find my one boasting, with decays in the south or elsewhere and refer it publicly. You will never! I wasn't even a single second, part of the government. During the past three years as deputy, even now as Mr. Chairman I've been, I've been, and I've been, strictly, against brutal and inhuman decay, against the use of public affairs, as a disaster for hundreds of thousands of families and I've always stood on the side of hit people.

In my area, I saved many of them from the tragedies of ruining dwellings and left no stone standing so that they could get legalization and the right compensation for their property.

THE solution is against barbarous decay, such as in Shkoza and elsewhere, requires legalisation of each building, expropriation with market prices, support with the rent of the house for two years until the resident buys the new house and damages two years for the missing money until the owner raises the business that breaks down in another country.

Allow me, my dear Nino, to show you my written communication with Prime Minister Rama and Minister Godbarlo on May 5, 2016, after the brutal behavior of the government's men in Themme. Read and judge my stand when I was deputy SP and today.

Communication of May 5, 2016, on the matter of breaking houses.

Cococho Kokdhima- Eddie Rama:

I found a very tense and desperate condition in Dryness. We have been building in three years, destroyed by our officials in a few weeks.

Cocot-head - Eddie Rama and Mirela Godbaros:

Dear Mirela, it seems KM doesn't need people, not us. This government apparently does not want to speak to the villagers of the Letermi elders. This government speaks through the strength, the fascists and the poor of INUK. All the people of Dryness feel insulted and humiliated, trampled down and struck. The government has a lot of urgency, but people don't seem to think about things like the Government. And one last thing my friend, no supporter of ours in The Book wants, even feels ashamed to identify with us the way we're doing this job there. Government officials think they hit 50 or 20 families but earn many more. That's a big mistake: you just hit a family of relatives without understanding with the residents and gain the hostility of all the residents, as has happened to us now. In Word all people say about INKU's envoys that “those of ISIS” came in.

I'm really sorry. I don't think there's any more meaning to me, to participate in “the regime with the people” while the hated INUK's patterns continue with force language the program of destruction without any information, conversation, hearing and understanding with those residents. Friendshipally and respectfully for you, KK.

Edi Rama-Coco-head:

I don't understand that message! The decays are necessary and are becoming as they are everywhere! Those who built samples without permission can't stop! The hearing is just for this to be explained.

Cocot-head - Eddie Rama:

Eddie, it's not true they're yelling at people who built samples. It's in an attitude, every living person in The Dream, they're all revolting like sometimes. I asked my minister, Godbarko, to stop breaking three days and to go and talk to people on Saturday. You preferred arbitrariity and strength instead of reason and wisdom, you didn't hear me talking to the residents and I agreed with them to cooperate with the project, but you found the solution in and with the INUK cops! The “Public public election” is not to explain people, it is a legal obligation to do so before INUK's idiots enter every family in The Book is the legal obligation for the Government and the infallible right of those residents. The hearing is not to speak Government on television and leave but to listen to people and consider them and the project.

Edi Rama-Coco-head:

No Kocho, public hearing is needed to face facts with claims! I've seen the maps and buildings coming down. It's really the most flagrant cases.

Cocot-head - Eddie Rama:

We talk about very different things - principles, values, and legal and political issues, not graphics and buildings. I have no doubt that the way you do it we are producing without cause enemies and injuries and suffering for humans, because we have replaced living, wise, and true communication with force, with the drugs and inspectors of INUK and with TV speeches. The Dhermi case where our supporters turn against us is more than paradoxical. I'm not going to make this pain and worry for myself anymore, trying to convince you and the state officials to communicate differently with our people. Thank you.
