Security Council calls emergency meeting for North Korea

The UN Security Council has announced that it will hold an emergency meeting Monday for discussions following the latest North Korean nuclear test.

This extraordinary meeting is held on Monday after the request of the United States, Japan, Britain, France, and South Korea.

North Korea took its sixth and most powerful nuclear test Sunday, claiming to have used an advanced hydrogen bomb.
