This is not on President”'s plans, Peskov told the Russian state news agency TASS.
The debate at the assembly will begin on 19 September, when US President Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver his first speech at the UN.
Russian delegation to the United Nations General Assembly will be led by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who is expected to speak on September 21st, reports the TASS agency.
