“Reopening agreements to renegotiate means that you do not respect”, he said during a UN press conference in New York under the annual General Assembly.
Washington, on the other hand, has called for other threats to be taken into account, such as ballistic programme, intervention in Syria, cyber attacks, and so on.
Because of these Tehran programmes, it is accused of destabilizing the Middle East.
“Mixing tea towels with hand towels is wrong”, Lavrov stressed.
