The helicopter accidentally launched at least one rocket into the crowd, during combat exercises near Nato's borders, Russian media reports, the Periscope broadcast.
Three people were injured, but none of them were civilians, sources said near the Russian Defence Ministry.
Zapad's combat exercises are being held in Russia and Belarus. Seven-day maneuvers are expected to end Thursday. /Periscope
