As reported in Portuguese magazine TV7 Dias, the 27-year-old is urgently hospitalised and awaiting heart transplants. His vital organs are maintained by medical equipment and monitored 24 hours in 24, expecting a donor.
A few days ago, the 27-year-old announced the bad news about his fans. The portual winner, the latest Eurovision edition, found on the YouTube channel that he would take a break in his music career for an indefinite period of time.
