The sudden dismissal of this commission and the director of the AKA prompted numerous public reactions, regarding several violations this commission had committed in connection with 48 cases of false professor statements by accrediting them.
This prompted disappointment even to the members of the CCI, who have expressed <x0 moduy” from the prime minister after the dismissal, saying there have been no irregularities, much less court proceedings for any case by KSHC members.
For Indexline, Valmir Gashi, Political Council for Media and Foreign Relations in August, has said procedures for the new board have already begun.

The KCI Commission operating under the AKA was dismissed last week.
“The AKA confirms that there were no irregularities during the accreditation process, much less there is no judicial prosecution in any case for any current KSHC or U.S. members. Director of AKA. The AKA has made full implementation of the legal provisions in force in the process of accrediting” said in their response.
On the other hand, the State Council of Quality, which operates within its framework, had found 48 cases of the professor's false statement in order to discredit university programmes in the country.
