President Thaci meeting in Vatican, Serbian media (Photo) are alarmed

Media in Serbia, controlled by the state, are terrified of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's visit to the Vatican, which is now expected in a private audience by Pope Francis.

“Informer”. This newspaper reports that Thaci at the meeting with the Pope will seek Vatican recognition.

“The president of the fake state of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, in the audience today at Pope Francisescu, will ask the Vatican to change its position on Kosovo's independence”, Informer writes.

Media in Serbia have been alarmed that Thaci, after the Pope, will remain in Washington for the third time.

“From Rome, Thaci will continue for Washington, so that in a conversation with US Deputy President Michael Pence to ask America to engage in dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina”, it is said among other things.

However, diplomacy chief Vladislav Jovanovic has been able to calm Serbian citizens. He has said Thaci's visits will not improve Kosovo's position.

President Thaci, today, will meet Pope Francisescu, who will thank him for the support he has given to the people of Kosovo at different times, as well as for his role in promoting peace.

Meanwhile, tomorrow the first of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, will travel to Washington, where he will meet with Vice President Michael Pence.
