National Affairs and former political prisoner Haki Morina has continued his confession of the time he was arrested and imprisoned by the Serbian system.

Morina, who also mentioned in the preliminary writings the names of Albanian police officers who had arrested and tortured her, has confessed to the time she was sentenced by the District Court in Pec to 7 years in prison on charges of counterrevolution of the state regulation.

Even in this scripture, Morina mentions names of Albanian judges and employees in the court who participated in his sentence.

After being read of sentence by the judge, Morina recalls how Kosovo had cheered “Republika” in court.

Right after the trial ended, I cheered Kosovo Republic and returned with my fist swelled up towards the public! The many policemen nearby raised their hands rapidly so that the public wouldn't see my fist! They shouted and pushed us! After we got in, I was the first one on the way out to be the last, pushing me, I remember stepping on my brother, Paul, and I knocked him down, taking his shoe from him, says Morina.

This is Morina's confession:

Today on Sunday, the change, the sunny, and the dead! And I'm confused and tired as usual, I think about how to describe Judgment Day, and how to find the beginning of thought! Hard to remember clearly after 33 or 34 years, what had happened then!

I know that tied in chains, and behind me, one after another, in range, another six, we walked under the company of many cops, towards the District Court in Peje! We entered a hall, average of space, where I was spotted, in the first place, the public of about 30 people, sitting on the left side, whose ears I felt on my shoulders! On the right was the scene made up of Judge Uke Muqaj, with two porns to the right! On the left side was Porcuror Flamur Kelmendi and a beautiful printer, dressed in red dresses, and on the right side, lawyers and journalism (for that I didn't know what it was, but later I learned who it was!)

The judge opened the hearing and soon gave the word to the prosecutor! I've been staring at him since our entrance to the hall. Even in the reading of the indictment, by the prosecutor's side, she kept looking at me, in a way I couldn't understand! Once, I stopped by by the prosecutor's response and telling her, what the hell are you looking at? (hahahaha)

After that, the Judge ordered the printer not to see me!

The prosecutor kept reading the charge with a low voice, which I could barely hear! I'm sorry to hear that I don't have the charge now to publish, but I hope I can assure you in the future and I'll give you all! But I can tell you that the indictment charged us with various criminal acts!

I was accused by Article 114, and with Article 133, hostile propaganda, documentation and distribution of hostile events, where it was called for the state order, for writing slogans, for distributing newspapers and various hostile materials!

In the end, the prosecutor said that the accused Haki Morina had not regretted his hostile acts against the unity of the nations and nations of Yugoslavia.

With Article 114, I was the only one charged, but others had two more articles!

For every single day, just now I can't remember what happened, because I get mixed up, but I'll try to write down what I remember, all three days together!

I remember being called first to the speaker and answering before the judge, about the prosecution's charges, and I started just like this:

In this trial, I am not why I have acted against the Constitution, because it predicts equality among all peoples, but because I am Albanian! I know that the judge immediately intervened, but I remember exactly, but I went on to describe the state of our people from 1945, but I'm not allowed to tell it to the end because of the court's interventions!

Once, during a confrontation with the judge, I told him, you're also for Kosovo Republic, but because of your salary, keep these attitudes!

He got up on his feet screaming: Don't insult me, don't insult me.

You're calling me an enemy of the people, and I'm telling you you're insulting me, and you're accusing me of telling you you're for the Republic, I answered his reaction!

I remember, that journalist Hajdar Macaj, during the clash with the judge, opened his eyes and watched me like I was a monster!

I also remember, I often had to pick up my pants, because I had to go down, out of weight loss!

The other questions about concrete actions, I believe, are of great importance to the public, so I'm not particularly stopping to describe them!

I hope for the rest of the details, I can tell us a witness from that court, because there were about 30 people in public, namely, Professor Zecir Veselila, who promises in a comment, that he remembers, all that his father had already shown him, Ali, who participated in that trial!

It seems that on the second day of the trial, the other defendants were questioned! And then I swear, I'm pulling over here too much, that I remember well, but I remember that there's something so important to remember!

On the third day, they questioned our parents! I think one of my parents was missing, but I remember that when my dad's turn got up, he got up, and on the way to the speaker, someone told him to take off the white ply! He took it off once, but in a second, I look around and put it back in the head, he stood before the judge!

- Are you distanced from your boys and appreciated their activity?

My boys, they worked at home, they learned school! They've been nice to me, they've been mean to you, Dad answers without hesitation!

I asked you if you'd distance yourself from their behavior, here's the judge again! ? Dad repeated the same words, and the angry judge, said go!

On the third day, I remember something special other than the long speeches of lawyers and the pronunciation of punishment!

Judge Uke Muqaj, an excellent speaker, read the verdict: Hakki Morina, 7 years, Tafil Morina, 2.5 years, Sej Sejkaj, 4.5 years, Sheremet Pantina, 4.5 years, Habib Morina, 1.5 years, Lulzim Krasniqi, 1 year, and Ibush Krasniqi, 8 months!

Right after the trial ended, I cheered Kosovo Republic and returned with my fist raised towards the public! Most police, who were close, raised their hands more quickly, so the public wouldn't see my fist! They were screaming and pushing us! After we first got in, I fell out to be the last one, pushing me, I remember stepping on my brother Tahiri and taking his shoe off!

The municipalities, right after we returned to prison, questioned me! I remember the coma named Muharrem, who said to me with contempt: only you cheered and raised your fist, meaner than others?

- They didn't see me punching my fist, because they were coming in front of me, otherwise others would raise their fist after me, I answered!

I'm looking at me with hate, and I'm afraid they're hitting me with a stick, I told him, we're drowning with my uncle, except for my hair!

- I'll take my hair off, get it back to me quickly! Well, I said to myself, I'm done.

I've often acted this way, so I could save some punishment from prison commandos, because sometimes we're caught breaking up the <x0...

After that, they sent me back to my place, alone, where I was held for another six months, and then put me in room 6 on the second floor, District of Peje's investigative prison!
