Fadil Kasemi, arrested 19 days for his former husband's murder, Fildes Hafizi asked the Court of Appeals to be released. His request comes at a time when the High Court of Justice has not yet completed inspection at the Cavaja Court, which sentenced Fadil Kasemi to 3 years in prison after his 2015 attempt to kill Fildes.

His request was reviewed by appeals judge Nertina Kosova, who overturned the defence stance, in turn disagreeing that Fadil Kasemi remain under prison arrest.

Because lawyers claim to arrest their client in 60 days or a milder measure until mental expertise arises, Fadil Kasemi broke the silence.

I don't remember anything. I ask lawyers and anyone else not to deal with my family or my wife's honor, which I continue to love”, he said, the TCH reports.

However, Fadil Kassemi's repentance is no longer worth anything, who in turn has accepted the crime with only one statement in the police when he apologized to his children.

During these days, the accused has kept silent despite the prosecution's efforts to remove a confession from him. He killed Fildes Hafizi shortly after he was released, where he suffered the sentence after trying to kill him in 2015.

The 39-year-old judge at the Shkodra Court and the mother of two had ended the marriage two years ago, and as the documents show, she also requested court protection order from which she withdrew within 15 days.
