PDK hands over even criminal row against Shpend Ahmeti

The Kosovo Democratic Party (PDK), the branch in Pristina, has handed over to the Special Prosecution even a criminal outcry against Pristina President Shpend Ahmeti for providing municipal property in public exploitation.

Secretary Pristina's PDK, Bujar Cakoli, after handing over criminal speculation has said that Shpend Ahmeti along with former Education Director Arberie Nagavci and the director for Geodesi, Property and Kadaster Dren Kukane, who have given in to the exploitation of property without open public auction.

Cakolli said they have abused schools, where Shpend Ahmeti has favoured Vetevendosje militants to shop and abuse nurserys and schools.

While lawyer Skender Moussa shows that they have filed criminal charges with the Directorate of Education and Property for Property Issues, which have municipal property being issued in public usage, but are only made by individual choice, in which there are legal violations and organised crime.
