Former PDK chairman Ferizaj testifies in trial of Fatmir Limaj

Witness Xhemajli was asked by the prosecutor of the case, Charles Hardaway, about a communication between Ali Ali and the Telaku Rescue held on February 9, 2008.

Bajrush Xhemajli was also asked if he had ever discussed with Fatmir Limaj at MTPT about a project for an underground railway, and he responded that Limaj had discussed several times about several projects, while denied having participated in a meeting of the defendant to discuss road construction for Carralev.

The defendants and the Court had no questions about the witness.

In this trial, Fatmir Limaj is accused of organised crime and abuse of office.

In the same process as Limaj and on similar charges by Kosovo Special Prosecutor Nexhat Krasniqi and Andrew Shala are charged. Part of the trial is Telaku Rescue and Florim Zuka.

The indictment against Limaj relates to road maintenance tenders in the municipality of Gjilan.
