Pacolli-Magher: Visa liberalisation is crucial step

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has told one of the European Union's diplomacy, Federica Moghrini, that “liberalisation of visas is the crucial step that must be taken now because it strongly affects the prospects of Kosovo youth, who are well educated, with open mind and for a Kosovo with [...]

EU High Representative Moghrin has shared the same assessment of Kosovo youth and society, stressing that the second year of this Commission's mandate will be crucial for the European integration of the region, Kosovo and why not on the issue of visa liberalisation in particular.

Following the meeting has also been discussed for the new phase of dialogue on the full normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, the ministerial statement announces.

In this regard, Pacolli has reconfirmed the commitment of Kosovo institutions for dialogue, considering it very important to have a deadline, while Moghrin has asked the Kosovo side for implementation of agreements reached so far.
