The aim is to improve Kosovo's co-operation with the region, especially with Serbia”, Pacolli has said of Tanjug.
Serbian media write that Pacolli during meetings with European Union officials has expressed optimism about continuing dialogue with Belgrade, Periscopi broadcasts.
“I am optimistic, since Vuciqi left some possibilities open. We have to use everything for good, take it, study it, put it on the table and work for it. I have always been aware that a sincere dialogue can calm this region. I will be the happiest man in the world if one day peace is established. We have once lived together and life must continue this way”, Pacolli said, when asked by Serbian media for continuing dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade.
Furthermore, Serbian media quoted Pacolli as saying the new Kosovo government is dynamic and that it will work hard, with a composition of all communities.
The members of the Serb community, I call Kosovars from the Serbian-speaking region. They know they have to do everything for the good of their community. It is normal that we will cooperate and within the means we will do everything to ensure their presence in Parliament and Government”, Pacolli said, escort Periscopi.
He was also asked by Tanjug for the new government's plan for the process of transforming KSF into the Kosovo Army.
There is no state of emergency. Everything's gonna be okay. So I also came to Brussels to meet European officials, to listen first, and then to act”, Pacolli said.
The government will focus on economic reforms. Our goal is to have economic growth of more than five percent by the end of next year. This will affect people's welfare and a better life”.
Pacolli completely added that his personal goal is Kosovo's economic growth of 10 per cent./Periscopi
