She, has been decorated with gratitude from the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), for her work and dedication at London's world intensive hospital, Wellington Hospital.
It's about the prestigious “Humanist Arist Award”, which is divided into various medical fields for extraordinary work and dedication.
This hospital was created by Dr Thomas Frist in 1968 while gratitude is separated by his son, Dr. Thomas Fritz Jr.
That award is shared at the national level by HCA Healthcare UK's network of hospitals, which includes Wellington Hospital, Harley Street clanic and LOC, the place where Xhafa Hamiti does her job as a doctor.
She's the first doctor to accept this award in England from a sector where cancer patients are treated with antiques at the hospital and the daily chemotherapy department.
Dr. Ernesa Xhafa Hamiti, enjoys a close experience in the field of medicine. She's already been seven years in her work as Oncologist.
She has been trained and specialized in London's most famous hospitals, such as: UCLH NHS Trust Hospitals and Imperials NHS Trust Hospitals, which are part of the references to very complex cases of various forms of cancer not only from the UK but from around the world. Dr. Ernesa has recently completed postdiplomic studies at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) in London.
She, in addition to continuing to make her contribution whenever she is contacted by her colleagues from her native Kosovo.
And all this amount of money that has been divided into gratitude, the Kosovo-born doctor has decided to dedicate it to children with cancer in Kosovo.
