The cautionary “Masa: temporary access to travel documents and stops to provide new documents for crossing state borders and measures of obtaining diploma documents remain in force”, the court's announcement said.
The passport Gruevski was taken on 3 July by the Skopje Constitutional Court 1 at the request of the PSP, while the precautionary move confirmed the Court of Appeals on 23 July.
