This, if Serbs continue to block the realisation of this process through constitutional changes, writes Koha Ditore today.
During March, President Hashim Thaci had deposited the bill in the Parliament. This initiative had prompted opposition from Kosovo's strategic allies, and separately to the United States, the European Union and NATO, which are not against the military, but want the transformation of KSF into Armed Forces (FAK) to happen with the Constitution. They have also suggested discussions with Serb representatives so that they can be convinced of the military.
After the distribution of the Assembly, all the bills have been returned to sponsors, and among them is the one for KSF. Meanwhile, early elections have sent Serbian deputies to the Assembly with unchanged access to the Kosovo Army.
