Applications for the American lottery, DV-2019, should be turned in electronically from mid-October 3, 2017 and Tuesday, noon (My Esther) to Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

During the registration period the applicants will have access to form, Form (E-DV), at www.dvlottery.state.gov. The applicants are suggested not to wait until the last day. All who apply twice are disqualified.

Requests made properly will be confirmed online, where you will see your name, your birthday, your homeland. You can be disqualified if you don't send photos, electronically. Formulators on paper are not accepted. Photos should be for you, for your husband, for each child under the age of 21, including adopted children.

State Department uses sophisticated technology to detect multiple entrances. Individuals with more than one entrance will be disqualified.

The U.S. State Department will not accept complete forms. There is no charge to submit an entry form. Applicants should use a new braucer when submitting their application; the oldest braucer (Internet Explore 8, for example) will likely have problems with the DV online system.

The English version of the DV-2019 Programme guidelines is in the PDF format and should be used. The English-language version of the DV-2019 Programme guidelines is the only official version. Unofficial translations into other languages will be added to the State Department website after they become available. The individual who gives in more than one entrance will be disqualified regardless of who presented it to the individual. DOS encourages you to fill out the lottery form, without mixing a “consulent “, “agen of the visa” or another assistant offering to help. You must use this address to check whether you have been selected for DV-2019 and see the date of the immigration visa interview. This is the only way to inform us of pursuing the ongoing process. The US government will not inform you directly.

You have to name, gender, birth date, birth place, post address, e-mail address and photos taken within the last six months, your parents and your husband and all your children. Your login may be discredited or your visa application denied if photos have been manipulated or not met specifications.

You should also mark your highest level of education, current marital status and the number of unmarried children under the age of 21. All children should register whether they live with you or want to come and join you through migration to the United States.

You should also hand in pictures of the children. The disapproval of all children who have the right to join you will result in rejection of the main applicant and rejection of all visa requirements at the time of the visa interview.

DOS will make occasional computer selections among qualified individuals. All DV-2019 participants must click on Entrant Status Check using the unique number to see if they are selected in the DV program. Status check will be available on the E-DV web page in dvlottery.state.gov starting on May 1st 2018, until September 30, 2019.

If you have been chosen, you will receive further instruction, including information about fees related to migration in the United States. Entrant Status Check will be the only means by which the State Department announces the selectors for the lottery, DV-2019.

The State Department will not send e-mail letters or notify the elected by email. US embassies and consulates will not offer any lists of elected, so you are encouraged to look to Entrant Status Check Through which you will receive notice of your status. Do not rely on anyone else to control your status and inform you.

To emigrate, DV voters must be acceptable to the United States. DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and the consular official will ask you questions to see your legitimacy to emigrate to the US.

All elected, including family members, must be notified by September 30th, 2019. Under no circumstances, the State Department can approve adjustments after this date, not even for family members to join the main applicant in the United States.
