“The Albanian is official, except in international communications and the two issues that have gone into interpretation at the Venice Commission, it is about the coins and uniforms of the army and policemen. Otherwise, the Albanian language everywhere is official written, spoken, and stored in all state institutions.
I hear someone gets caught on the word "20 percent." The important thing is the content of the Law and not the saying 20 percent, because the first draft of the law is the Albanian language and here we have to keep in mind that the last word was the word of the National Liberation Army.

He also talked about local elections, stating that Kicova, in the October 15th elections, will win it in the first circle, just as we will win first round in Sarajevo and in many other municipalities.
