The issue of limited age is questionable, because old president Yoweri Musveni is 73 years old and the limit for re-election is limited to 75.
President Musveni has been in power since 1986 and has been elected democraticly as president since 1996.
But the current border of constitutional age would prevent him from staying for a fourth term in the 2021 elections.
His ruling party, the National Resistance Movement (NRM), is involved in a controversial bill to review the country's Constitution.
A previous dual restrictions were lifted in 2005 to allow President Musveni to stay for a third term.
