Pazin has said Montenegro is Montenegro's sincere friend country for advancing bilateral reports, but has asked Kosovo to ratify the agreement reached on the border.
“Pazin has shown hope that Kosovo institutions will soon find the model for concluding the ratification of the state agreement between Montenegro and Kosovo, as well as Montenegro expects the official position of the Kosovo Government on this issue. In this context, he has said, understanding and patience are Montenegro's approach to regional policy”, said the Montenegrin Government's announcement.
Otherwise Pacolli after meeting with his Montenegrin counterpart, has said Kosovo cannot approve demarcation by telling Montenegrin top diplomat “for this should be the right time and time when we will meet again”.
