This has been achieved with the revision of the budget, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has announced.
He has said that with budget review, he has managed to provide the 27m euros missing for the payment of over 400,000 KLA veterines.
The moment the budget review is approved, all means for compensation of all categories derived from the war are guaranteed, according to current legislation in force, by the end of this year. This budget addresses the issue of paying these categories by 31 December. And for the next period, we are in the final phase of preparing the budget project for 2018<18x1>, Bedri Hamza said of Telegrafi.
According to him, increasing the number of veterans will cause even more problems in providing tools.
