The appointment of operations at the Clinic “Medicus”, in which the former nurse of this clinic, Makoli Hope, has said she does not know. He has shown only that he first received instructions from the clinic director, Lutfi Dervishi, writes today Koha Ditore.
Makolli has testified Thursday in the retrial against Dervis and the other accused, Sokol Hajdini, who are facing justice for organised crime, trafficking with human beings and illegal exercise of medical activity.
Lutfi Dervishi and his son, Arba Dervisi, had fled last year, escaping the suffering of prison sentences. The first has been sentenced by the Court of Appeals to eight years in prison, and the second is 7 years in prison.
