On Saturday, the Kosovo Democratic Party's branch in Vushtrri has confirmed that it has not yet put a slogan or a photo of it on the streets of the city, responding to the city's pollution charges with unreserved election campaign posters.
The mayor's candidate for Vushtrri from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Dzafer Tahiri, who has chosen that during the campaign I will make his contribution to conservation of the environment by not placing any poster in the municipality he is racing to lead in the next mandate.
Tahiri in an interview for Kosovo Press has said it is only a small contribution towards radical changes that will take place in the town of Vushtrri if it is the first municipality after the October 22nd elections. While he has promised that under his leadership, the Vushtrri municipality will be led transparently and that it will be open to citizens.
After 10 years of ruling by PDK, following three mandates of governance by the old power of The PDK needs radical change in its approach and way of governing. The difference comes from young people, with new ideas, willingly, with intellectual courage and devotion to work for the good of the citizens of Vushtrri... I have decided not to place a poster in the city of Vushtrri, nor in the villages. And for one reason, the town of Vushtrri suffers a lot from remains of”, he said. /The Word/
