Kurban Bajrami prays for peace and love

For Kosovo citizens, the central manifestation of Kosovo's territory is held at the Great Mosque in Pristina, where we were asked to pray and contribute to the end of any conflict and hostility because today, more than ever, we need peace and love.

The performance began with the apology of the Sabah prayer, after which even thematic speeches dedicated to this holiday by Hetem Soopyan, chairman of the Islamic Community Council in Pristina, have been held.

The prayer of the Kurban-Bajram Namaz was led by Jakup Chunaku, director of Medreze “Alaudin” in Pristina, who said that today is a big day for all Muslims, he said that there are 1100 pilgrimages from Kosovo that complete today in Mecca.

Therefore, blessed brothers by cutting off the sacrifice and dividing his flesh and in this case helping relatives and the poor, for this will bring us closer together and will enhance our mutual love and respect. Honored Muslim brothers as the divine religion itself carry the message of universal peace, and as a basic principle, there is the formation of a healthy, dignified, moral society. Under the shadow of this conscious human society, all people without any distinction will enjoy true happiness both spiritually and materially. Sadly, though, the world is raging in armed conflicts, causing the deaths of innocent people, horror and violence, and expulsion from their dens. Part of humanity has almost lost its reason and humanity, so we pray on this blessed day and contribute to the extinction of any contract and hostility because today we are never in need of peace and love”, he said.

While the chief imam of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, Sabri Bajgora, delivering the message of Kurban-Bajram, said on this important day not to lack solidarity among us.

In the morning prayer, and in the prayer of Al-Masjid-al-Haram (the Ka'bah at Makkah) (i.e. the Ka'bah at Makkah) (i.e. the Ka'bah at Makkah) for three days, in which the Muslims are obedient to Allah (i.e. offering the sacrifice of the Ka'bah at Makkah). This festival crowns Haxhi, the fifth condition of Islam, which is evidence of solidarity and prosperity.

This festival is marked by the willingness of the believer to sacrifice his material and spiritual values to God alone.

Kurʹani, Haxhi and Kurban are the basic content of Kurban Bajram, who represent three high Islamic ideals.

Kurʹan presents education and devotion, Haxhi mutual solidarity, and Kurban sacrifice for others.
