Police drivers who have travelled to other towns, on the occasion of the Muslim religious holiday, have distributed candy in order to take a break and then continue on their way.
In this case, drivers have placed booklets to draw attention to certain traffic regulations.
The police stressed that they decided that drivers would stop and treat them with a dessert that would thus bring down the crowd and allow themselves for road accidents.
They pointed out that insomnia and excessive speed are the biggest cause of traffic accidents at the religious holiday.
The Kurban Bajrami festival is celebrated on Friday, September 1st. This great festival, also called a festival of sacrifice, is celebrated by Muslims for four days as it relates to the rite of the pilgrimage, which is one of five pillars of Islam.
