This is only one of the funds, among others, that can be lost, as the country continues to have institutional crisis.
The EU office in Kosovo has made it known that this amount -- which is divided into two parts -- is linked to pre-membership Assistance Tool funds, otherwise known as the IPA.
The first part, according to them, concerns projects worth 45.5m euros, financed and managed by the EU, and signed by the European Commission and Government in March of this year.
While the second part, according to the EU, covers the Public Administration Budget support worth 25m euros, which is expected to be signed with Government.
KTV has also applied to the International Monetary Fund's office to understand the amount that the country's institutions would benefit from the institution.
Based on the provided data, the IMF was planning to transfer about 15m euros to the country's budget under the Stand By 4.
But that these tools cannot come out until the executive meets the pre-emptive conditions in Standby By 3, of which were also the changes to be made to the veterans' law.
Meanwhile, in August of this year, the government had reached agreements with the World Bank, which would receive loans worth about 34.4m euros.
These agreements concerned funding the project for competitiveness and willingness to export and additional financing for the agriculture and rural development project.
These necessary tools also come into force only when green light is received from the Parliament.
In the absence of these tools and in trouble to secure means due to lack of revision, the government received 10 million from auction with valuable papers and will go to budget financing.
