Out of the 974 acts approved by the KK of Kosovo over the past six months, the Ministry of Management of Local Power (MAPL) 477 of them has sent them to the ministries of the line to consider their legality, while 14 other acts already adopted have deemed them illegal and as such cannot be implemented.
In all, it has already been confirmed that municipalities, over the course of six months, have adopted 39 decisions that constitute legal violations, which are largely property decisions.
