First he was arrested as a witness then as a murder suspect. She claimed that she had good behaviour towards her and there was no remarks in the behaviour of the Kosovo Police during the arrest, interrogation, but neither to the staff's conduct of the Ban Centre.
Both detainees have been informed of the rights they are entitled to, and currently have advocates involved.
To the forbidden is respected the legal obligation to give testimony in the presence of the protector, parent, or steward.
KMDLNj monitors estimate that during their stay at the Banning Centre in Pristina there has been no violation of the rights of persons deprived of freedom. KMDLNj highs the correct work of police officials at the Pristina Ban Centre despite non-adequate conditions for work.
KMDLNj seeks from the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Kosovo Police Director to ensure better conditions for police officers in this centre as well as for banned persons.
