Legally, only 1.7m euros can be paid, while politically and humanly, but also constitutionally the rest, and not only this month, should be paid, but until the moment of the Parliament's binding and revision of the 2017 budget.

So, there should be political consensus on this important issue. One has to be resolved, a uniting leaders of parliamentary political parties along with relevant legal and constitutional factors, and to reach a binding agreement to pay veterans and that this agreement would enable the passage and revision of the draft budget. In this way it will be a way of opening the way for the permanent ministries and the Government to re-organize the means for this obligation. We understand that planned economic growth allows for payment of these means because even revenues from tax collection institutions are in a solid positive condition.

This political concession, supported by the powers of the president who as an institution enjoys extraordinary conditions, would enable the realization of the obligation to veterans.

Otherwise, as citizens I had not wanted to see protests on the streets of Pristina from those who have risked their lives and lost limbs while their families today on the day of the religious holiday and the day their children need to buy school equipment they can't get their salaries in question.

How to reason with the family, that the parent sacrificed for freedom, pride for the nation, cannot prosper the table and has no faith when other payments will be paid. It is not fair for reasonable requests to be used by police members.
