“Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said on his first trip abroad to Albania on Wednesday, that his government is working to resolve the demarcation and that it will start talking with Montenegro once we have more specific findings on this issue”, writes the AP news agency, also published in the newspaper <x2washington Post”.
The demarcation agreement with Montenegro was signed in 2015. Brussels has set this agreement as a condition to list Kosovo citizens in countries that do not need visas to enter the Schengen zone.
While, American media “ABC News” has quoted the country's new Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, who has said ratification of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro “is currently impossible”.
Minister Behgjet Pacolli said in Montenegro on Tuesday that we have difficulties... the composition in our parliament is quite complicated and the ratification of the agreement is currently impossible, writes ABC News.
