The “for any misuse of official property during the election campaign in local elections will take relevant measures to transform the legislation into power”, the Government communique said.
The order was taken by Prime Minister Haradinaj, in support of Article 92, Article 94 paragraph 10 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 6 (under paragraph 4. No. 02/2011 for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers (United States No. April 1,18, 2011, taking into account the decision of President of the Republic of Kosovo No. 21/2017 of June 21, 2017, for the appointment and announcement of local elections in the Republic of Kosovo.
