Haradinaj congratulates Congressmen Engel and Royce

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has received telegram congratulations on taking over new responsibilities from congressers Eliot Engel and Edward Royce, members of the Commission for Foreign Affairs at the American Congress.
