Macedonia's former prime minister, Nikola Gruevski, has talked about the events of May 2015 in Kumanovo, and how he personally intervened as chief executive at the time.
“We can't be guilty of that for months someone has prepared to find ways to enter our territory illegally, armed up to”, it has been expressed, during an interview in Klan Kosova.
“We were given the opportunity to surrender, the opportunity to surrender was allowed, and twice during the day”, Gruevski stressed.
“One group surrendered, the other gave up. Then, after several days another opportunity was given to surrender”, the former Macedonian prime minister indicated.
