A nongovernmental organisation of Russia has not applied to relevant institutions to provide humanitarian services on Kosovo territory, even though the law requires it. But it has entered into agreement only with Serbia's Government, including Kosovo territory.
Even though Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj expressed concern about the goals of this organisation in Kosovo, Prime Minister Haradinaj's office does not see it as a problem as long as the agreement is signed between the Government of Serbia and the Russian organisation.
No Russian organisation has applied to carry out humanitarian services in the Republic of Kosovo.
