“On the date of 25.09.2017 referred to materials in the Tirana Judiciary Circle Prosecutor, for citizen F. K, 62, resident in Paris, allegedly by means of computer fraud, citizens E. R, 25, residents in Tirana, has stolen a sum of euros for buying a trailer. Article 143/b of the Penal Code”, said the police report.
