Myrvette Halilaj, official staff at the Pristina Foundation Court, has employed the girl in the official's position for special contract statistics, but without announcing public competition.
Marija Halilaj-Krasniqi, daughter of the staff official at the Pristina Foundation Court, Myrvette Halilaj, has been hired by special contract as an official for statistics at the Pristina Constitutional Court, although with administrative guidance such positions are not met with the Special Services Agreement, as has happened in this case.
At Article 2 point 3, the Administrative Guides 04/2016, it is said that professional, administrative-technical, supportive and maintenance positions cannot be met with the Special Services Agreement except under extraordinary and unpredictable circumstances.
But based on evidence provided by the newspaper “Voice”, Halilaj-Krasnici has been employed for six months in this position.
Based on secured documents, the staff official's daughter has applied for two jobs under separate contracts, announced by the Court.
In the position of work as a statistics official, Halilaj-Krasniqi has received the maximum scores in proportion to the other six competitors, while in the other position as an information technology official, on the basis of scores it is ranked second on the list, leaving four other competitors behind.
