Famous for using a bombic, derogatory and often difficult English language against enemies, North Korean media quoted their leader Kim Jong Un as calling President Donald Trump “ugliness mentaldoard”, the “Haretz” reported, the Periscope broadcast.
What does that mean?
Dotard is a translation of a Korean word “neukdari”, which is a derogatory reference to an old person.
It was used in an unusual statement from the Corinthian Central Agency, broadcast literally in response to the UN's speech, in which he mocks Kimı as “Missile Man” in a <x2-> suicide commission” and said the US is “obliged to defend himself and its allies, if we don't have other options, we will have no choice but to completely destroy North Korea”
Merriam dictionary -Webster has been busy these days since people were rushing for word and social media soon burst out with comments forming a new hashtag.

Past KCNA reports have used the Korean word against South Korean conservatives, but they rarely translate it as a ward.
