The duties taken in 2016 will not be fulfilled this year, writes Koha Ditore today.
In May last year, Isa Mustafa in the quality of Kosovo's prime minister and the EU commissioner for enlargement negotiations, Johannes Hahn, were hired for the development of RA, with the goal of maximized the economic and political benefits of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (MSA).
Short-term priorities in areas of good governance and rule of law were agreed, then competitiveness and investment climate, as well as education and employment.
