Kosovo's Appeals Court has put a month-long detention measure in force for defendant J.K. In this way, the criminal college has rejected it as unconventional based on the defense attorney's complaint against the Constitutional Court's decision in Gjilan on August 30th of this year.
According to an announcement by the Court of Appeals, J. K. Albanian from the Republic of Macedonia, with residence in the municipality of the Year, allegedly committed criminal work “Heavy murder”, since the same allegedly deprived of life of his newly born daughter.
The Appeals Court estimates that the first-degree court has provided sufficient reasons on the legal basis for which it has assigned custody to the defendants, to the reform provision of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
