Young man dares not return from Syria fears prison in Kosovo

Witness Kovaki has claimed that his son is not dared to return to Kosovo, that he is afraid of prison.
He has stated he doubts that social networks are guilty that his son has gone to Syria. I doubt on the internet, that he has always watched the wars that took place in Iraq and Afghanistan”, the witness added.
Kovak, among other things, stressed that in his continued contact with his son, he had never told him why he chose to go to Syria. The stance always eludes words about why it's gone”, he said.
Prosecutor Haki Gecaj sought to know from the witness who Kovac stood up with accused Idriz Bilibani was. The Witness said that he knew that his son had gone to imam Bilibani to learn about Kuʹran, while adding that he could not appreciate whether this imam had influenced his stay to Syria.
During his testimony, Bahri Kovaqi said he understood that his son had gone to Syria through a letter he had left at home. He added that shortly after seeing the letter, he had been addressed to the police, where he had asked to be called to the Pristina Airport so that they could see if it was staying on the plane for Turkey.
This witness has stated that during the conversation with the police station, the chief of police station told him that “we know our work”. At this Thursday's session was heard the other witness proposed by Prosecutor Veton Krusha, he declared that his 21-year-old brother Hamdi Krusha went to Syria in 2014, joining the terrorist organisation “Al Nusra” but had been killed there since 2016.

According to the prosecution, Mazlam Mazlam, is accused of being imam of the mosque “Yeni Mahalla” in Prizren, during his preaching and public presentation has publicly promoted and supported hatred and no patience against the LGBTI community group.
Bedri Robaj is charged with serving from 2012 until August 2014 in Pristina at the improvised mosque at “Termocos”, where he served as an imam and during private sermons and lectures, supported “gihadin-dehydition in Syria”. The same is accused of pushing unassigned persons to join terrorist groups “Al-Nusra”
Idriz Bilibani, charged that from 2012 until the time of arrest in Prizren and other countries in Kosovo, as a hodge during holding religious lectures at mosques - NGO “El Bayan” and other public presentations recorded in the video have conveyed moving messages that would allow the indefinite people to join the terrorist organisation “Al Nusra” in Syria.
The indictment, however, claims that Enes Goga in the position of imam in Peja, in a religious discourse to believers in this city, through “Audionur” on March 10, 2014, published in the ytube, in which they have access to an indefinite number of people, has publicly stirred hatred against religious groups of Christian believers.
Fuad Ramiqi, charged that since the beginning of September in his public presentations on television media, newspapers and social networks has called for resistance to justice organs.
