The former head of the Pristina Foundation Court's branch in Drenas, Avdi Haxhaj, has been found guilty of prescribing over 10 thousand communications counterinferences, belonging to 2014, writes Koha Ditore today.
After several months of investigation conducted by the Kosovo Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office (ZPD), as well as the review of the Office for Disciplinary Measurement's recommendation, the Disciplinary Commission, which functions as a second degree within the Kosovo Judicial Council (KGJK), has made decisions these days that Hadjajt is dropping wages for 25 %, for four months.
The Commission, based on the decision it secured “Koha Ditore”, has concluded that there is a serious “serious breach by former head”.
