The Kosovo Court of Appeals has refused to be based, complaints by defence lawyers against the appointment of a month-long detention measure against two minors from Pristina.
The appeal has left the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina in the 1809.2017 effect.
The minors in question are suspected to have carried out in co-ordination the serious murder of Aulon Zeka, respectively. /
