The absence of indictee Hetem Sejdijaj has prompted the main review hearings to be postponed against five Skokyright municipality officials, accused of misusing the official position.
The accused Sejdijaj, with a parachute on September 25th 2017, had asked the court for the initial session Tuesday to be postponed for another date, after he had an accident in communications since September 20th.
The court has announced that the parachute in question has been attached to the medical report released by the Kosovo Clinical and University Centre (QKUK) in Pristina,
With the proposal for the postponement of the hearing, the prosecutor of the case, Njazi Rexha, has also agreed.
The next session, scheduled for October 20, 2017, will be invited by the special invitation of the accused Hetem Sejijaj.
