Just when the EU is growing frustrated because of failures in implementing the agreements reached in dialogue, there are also predictions that dialogue is entering a new phase, the phase which Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has called the final “x1>, which, according to him, will also bring a “final accord”, writes Koha Ditore today.
President Thaci has even warned that such an agreement will be presented to the people of Kosovo in a referendum.
There have been other unofficial warnings about dialogue, including that the United States of America will be involved in this process. This has turned out because it is possible that a upcoming meeting of the two presidents will be held in New York, at the UN General Assembly Magnaries.
