Bulliqi speed shows when new demarcation commission will start work

The new state commission for border demarcation with Montenegro is awaiting signal from the Kosovo government for launching its work. Thus has the chairman of this Bulliqi Speed Commission, who is opposed to the current version of the agreement reached with Montenegro, announced.

Bulliqi, said the Commission will not do any particular work, but that it will be based on the regulation in power.

“We are not expected to do something special, because our work will be complete with the regulation in force that has approved the Assembly of Kosovo and Government”, he said of Blic.

He explained what ties the State Commission for Demarketing will be based on.

Then in the law number 04L214, for amending and completing the 04L072 law, for control and supervision of the state border, then administrative directive for the demarcation of the border, as well as the state commission's regulation of the state border target and maintenance”, Bulliqi told “Gazeta Blic”

Furthermore, the former LDK delegation said that what is required will be done, consistent even within legal frameworks.

All these are jobs and tasks which are based on the legal regulation that is in force both from the Parliament and Government”, Bulliqi said in the end, adding that after the start of the work this commission will be more transparent and co-operative with the media than it was earlier.
