The event occurred a day earlier when the indictment for issuing an immediate defence order was met for the citizen of S. V., 66, resident in Tirana, after allegedly at the residence, the bride and son -- the 27-year-old citizen R.V. -- has been practicing psychological violence against her.
It is learned that materials were passed on to the Court of the District of Tirana. Law No. 9669, age 18.12.2006, “for measures on violence in family relations”.
Police also explain that: “On the date of 21,09,2017 referred to materials in the Tirana Judiciary District Prosecution for citizen R.V., 27, after allegedly exercising psychological violence against mother-in-law, F. V., 58, to which the indictment was filed for issuing immediate defense order”.
Materials were passed to the Court of the District of Tirana. Law No. 9669, 1812,2006. “for measures against violence in family relations” Article 130/a of the Penal Code”, says police reports.
